Ryan Watson is a proven and recognized expert in the mobile app marketing industry. A Montana native with deep roots in hunting and the outdoors, Ryan combines authentic audience insight with technical marketing excellence.
As Director of Growth Marketing and Marketing Engineering at onX, Ryan built and led a key team that played a major role in fueling the company’s remarkable hyper-scaling. During his seven-year tenure, onX grew annual recurring revenue 10x, expanded headcount by more than 300%, and reached a valuation exceeding $1.4 billion. His efforts contributed to roughly 40% of attributed new membership growth through sophisticated user acquisition, ASO, retention marketing, automation, and full-funnel optimization.
Ryan now serves as CMO/COO at MTNTOUGH Fitness, where over the last 3 years, he has driven 40-60% year-over-year growth and overseen the successful relaunch and optimization of their premium fitness app for mountain athletes, hunters, and tactical professionals.
He founded his agency to help other mobile app teams replicate the same explosive yet sustainable growth he delivered at both onX and MTNTOUGH.

There, he partnered with high-profile clients including Amazon, Roku, Uber, Spotify, onX, The North Face, Machine Zone, Zynga, Disney, and other enterprise and high-growth companies, implementing advanced attribution solutions, optimizing complex paid UA campaigns, and delivering measurable ROI through sophisticated data frameworks.
At the cutting edge of mobile marketing technology, Nick specializes in client success, measurement frameworks, data-driven operations, and backend systems that translate user acquisition strategies into long-term revenue growth. He has deep expertise helping teams navigate fragmented platforms, maximize LTV, and make confident, real-time decisions.

Luke brings over 10 years of hands-on performance marketing expertise with a strong focus on mobile app user acquisition and growth. Luke specializes in paid UA strategies, paid social, creative optimization, attribution, and scaling high-quality installs for both subscription and high-engagement apps. He previously held key growth roles at onX, serving as Growth Marketing Manager and Senior Manager of Paid Social User Acquisition. In that capacity, he contributed to the hyper-scaling of the onX Hunt app and product suite during a period of explosive company growth that culminated in a valuation exceeding $1.4 billion.
He most recently served at PrizePicks, where he continued honing large-scale user acquisition tactics in a competitive mobile app space.
Luke excels in paid user acquisition channel management, creative testing, audience segmentation, and building scalable acquisition strategies that focus on high-quality users and strong long-term LTV. He has deep expertise running Apple Search Ads, Google campaigns, Meta/Social ads, and DSPs. Luke is known for his creative and analytical mindset, showcasing his ability to deliver consistent results in fast-paced, high-pressure mobile environments.
